Sheep Cheese D.O.P. Manchego
Description
Spain's most iconic cheese, Manchego D.O.P. is produced exclusively from the milk of Manchega sheep in the La Mancha region, under the strict protection of one of the country's oldest and most prestigious Protected Designations of Origin.
Its golden rind — embossed with the distinctive esparto grass pattern and herringbone sides — is unmistakable, and its flavour speaks of the dry Castilian plateau where these sheep have grazed for centuries: rich, slightly tangy, with a clean finish and remarkable depth.
Whether paired with quince jelly, Iberian charcuterie or a glass of Tempranillo, Manchego D.O.P. elevates every table.
Variation of the olive
Picual extra virgin olive oil is known for its bold flavour, characterised by bitterness and spiciness, along with its greenish hue. Additionally, it offers high resistance to oxidation and performs exceptionally well at high cooking temperatures. This is a very stable oil with excellent preservation capacity.
From an organoleptic perspective, Picual oils are fruity with green olive notes and herbal aromas of fig tree, olive leaf, grass, and tomato, accompanied by their distinctive bitterness and spiciness.
