Behind The Iberian
My name is Kilian Ecua, born and raised in Spain, specifically Barcelona.
In January of 2024 I moved to The Netherlands primarily to see how other countries work and broaden my mind. After several months, I started missing the Spanish weather and food, and that’s when I realised they are two of the most valued things we have in Spain, but due to their abundance, most Spanish people don’t fully appreciate them, even though the rest of Europe does.
When I noticed that, I felt a responsibility to share one of our most outstanding virtues, with the international market starting with the Netherlands, The country that has opened me the doors and gave me the opportunity to bring this project to life.
