Gordal means 'the fat one' — and this olive wears the name proudly. Among the largest table olives grown in Spain, the Gordal is prized for its exceptionally meaty flesh, mild flavour and impressive presence on any plate.

Harvested at peak ripeness in Andalusia and cured to perfection by Aceitunas Bravo, these whole Gordal olives are a statement of quality — the centrepiece of a proper borrelplank or the kind of olive you put out when you want your guests to notice.

Variation of the olive

Picual extra virgin olive oil is known for its bold flavour, characterised by bitterness and spiciness, along with its greenish hue. Additionally, it offers high resistance to oxidation and performs exceptionally well at high cooking temperatures. This is a very stable oil with excellent preservation capacity.

From an organoleptic perspective, Picual oils are fruity with green olive notes and herbal aromas of fig tree, olive leaf, grass, and tomato, accompanied by their distinctive bitterness and spiciness.
