At Lisardo Castro, they work with trusted farmers and select the finest Iberian pigs, raised in the vast pastures of Salamanca, Extremadura, and Andalusia, where they are free to roam.

The animals are fed a diet of 100% natural cereals.

Iberian pigs are fed exclusively on acorns, grass, and fresh water for at least two montanera seasons.

The entire breeding process adheres to environmentally respectful practices and stays true to the principles of sustainable farming.
