The Pitting
After seasoning, each Manzanilla is carefully depitted so nothing comes between you and the olive. The stone is removed while the firm flesh and clean, nutty flavour are kept perfectly intact — ready to eat, cook with or toss through a salad.

The Raw Ingredient
These begin as the very same premium Manzanilla olives — bright, firm and Andalusian — then go one step further, depitted by machine for an olive that is as easy as it is delicious.

Perfect Pairings
Pitted and effortless, these are the perfect snacking and cocktail olive — pour something crisp and dry, or drop them straight into a Martini.
- Fino Sherry — Dry, saline and endlessly Spanish.
- Dry Martini (Vermouth) — The pitted olive’s natural home; herbal and bracing.
- Albariño — Bright citrus that keeps every bite fresh.
Andalucía, Spain
The Land
Under the southern sun, endless silver-green groves roll across the hills of Andalucía — the largest olive-growing region on earth. Its warm days, mild winters and ancient soils give these olives their firm flesh and deep, sun-ripened flavour.
