Local Development

The Mi Olivo brand stems from the apadrinaunolivo.org project, which is dedicated to giving a second life to over 100,000 abandoned century-old olive trees in Oliete (Teruel). Through this initiative, they contribute to the rural development of the small village of Oliete.

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

The extra virgin olive oil from Mi Olivo, is much more than a gourmet product. With over 16,000 olive trees restored and 27 jobs created in the village of Oliete, Teruel, this project has revitalized rural areas while producing olive oil of the highest quality. Each bottle of Mi Olivo contributes to carbon neutrality, as the restored olive trees absorb CO₂ from the atmosphere, helping to combat climate change and protect the ecosystem—all while being cultivated sustainably and with respect for the environment.

Artisanal

In its 9 years of activity, more than 19,000 people have visited its olive groves and become part of the story behind this award-winning olive oil, recognized as the Best Extra Virgin Olive Oil of  all the Denomination of Origin of Bajo Aragón. Produced using artisanal methods, Mi Olivo ensures healthy nutrition and a circular approach, maximizing every natural resource to minimize waste.
